What is a Requester?
A Requester is a registered pagawa.com user who wants their tasks to get done by another registered pagawa.com user who is also an expert in completing the tasks.
What is an Expert?
An Expert is a pagawa.com registered user who has expertise in doing certain tasks or jobs. An Expert can also post their services that can be purchased or ordered by Requesters
What is a Task?
A Task is anything that a Requester wants to get done and wants it to be done by an Expert.
What is a Service?
A Service is any expertise that an Expert can post in pagawa.com. Posted Services can be purchased or ordered by any registered user.
As a Requester, how do I post a task that I want to get done?
A Requester can post tasks through the Post Your Task page. When posting task, the Requester can provide the details of the task, requester budget for the task, location, availability.
As an Expert, how do I post my services?
An Expert can post task services for their expertise through the Post Your Services page.
What are the associated cost for the Requester in purchasing or getting tasks done?
There is no cost for a Requestor to post a task. But once a Requestor already has an agreement with an expert, additional 6% fee will be added on the agreed price with the expert when payment is made by the Requestor.
For example:
Task: Cleaning
Agreed Price with the Expert: P100.00
Requestor will pay: P100 + P6.00 = P106.00

As a Requester, how do I pay the expert for the service I ordered or purchased?
Currently, pagawa.com can only accept Gcash payment.
As a Requester, where will my payment go?
The payment of the Requester will be held in pagawa.com account. The payment will only be released to the Expert when the Expert has already completed the task and the Requester has clicked the “Complete” task in his/her Order details.
As an Expert, what are the associated cost in posting my services?
There is no cost in posting services in pagawa.com. There is service fee percentage deducted when an expert is paid by the requestor and the percentage is initially 2.5% as introductory promo for experts. The service fee will eventually increase to 10%.
