As Task Requestor, it is your responsibility to ensure your safety and security. Pagawa team does not have any control on the behavior of Task Experts when they perform the tasks for your requests. Please ensure that you have the necessary precaution when meeting with your Task Expert doing the task for you.
Safety Recommendations:
- When a Task Expert is completing the task at your home, ensure that you are accompanied at home with the person you personally know.
- When meeting the Task Expert, ask for identification to confirm that they are the people you have engaged to do the task for you in Pagawa platform.
- Respectfully discuss any discrepancies in the task completed and agree with the Task Expert on adjustments that need to be done ensuring that it is still within the agreed scope of work.
