It applies to Requesters, Experts, and other users who browse, create accounts, post tasks, publish listings, place orders, exchange messages, or contact Pagawa support.

  • Account details such as your name, email address, password hash, role selection, and verification status.
  • Profile and business information such as service descriptions, categories, pricing, location, photos, biographies, payout details, and supporting documents.
  • Transaction and order information such as task requests, offers, accepted bookings, refunds, disputes, payout history, and platform fees.
  • Communication data such as messages, inquiry threads, review content, attachments, and support requests sent through Pagawa tools.
  • Payment-related information processed through Pagawa’s payment partners, including payment status, reference identifiers, and payout routing information.

3. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

  • To create and manage accounts, profiles, listings, task requests, and bookings.

4. WHEN WE SHARE INFORMATION

Pagawa may share personal information with the other party to a booking where that is necessary to arrange, perform, complete, or resolve a service transaction.

We may share information with service providers that help us run the platform, including payment processors, cloud hosting providers, customer support tools, communications vendors, analytics providers, and identity or fraud-checking services.

We may also disclose information where required by law, court order, lawful request, or where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, abuse, disputes, or threats to users, Pagawa, or the public.

5. PAYMENTS AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Payment processing is handled in part by third-party providers. Pagawa does not store full card or wallet credentials on its own systems unless expressly stated in the payment flow.

Third-party Experts and service providers may maintain their own privacy terms, and users should review those terms before proceeding with a booking or purchase.

Where Pagawa integrates third-party tools, those providers may process data under their own contracts and privacy notices.

6. COOKIES, SESSIONS, AND ANALYTICS

Pagawa may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep users signed in, remember settings, secure sessions, and understand how the service is being used.

No online platform can guarantee absolute security, so users should also protect their own credentials, devices, and account access.
